Open Up

Open Up Records is a new label from Lisbon, Portugal.The person behind this
project is Dj Seph, one of Lisbon´s hottest Djs and for a long time involved
in the portuguese dance music scene.
After a full year of work and preparation, the first release surfaced in
June 2005, two originals by Rhythm Code (Moov & Addictive) that caused quite

an impact from the begining, followed by the Mike Hiratzka & Joe C´s "show u
the way" (original & Chris Micali remix), both of wich caught the attention
of most top jocks.The label´s simple aim to release good quality underground
music, whatever sub-genre it may fall into, has already given Open Up
Records support from all diferent directions and has reached the bags of Djs
like Deep Dish, Cattaneo, John Digweed, Anthony Pappa, Steve Lawler, Paul
Van Dyk, Nic Fanciulli, or Kasey Taylor to name a few.
Since the begining, Open Up has earned a reputation as a trustable
underground dance label by consistently releasing innovative forward
thinking music from every corner of the earth.
A&R by Dj Seph guarantees selections that excite the dancefloor and push
genre boundaries, with the main goal of constantly delivering the goods. "Fresh talent is our main quest", says Dj Seph..."and this is just the
